Why is everyone complaining about the terrible loot since the update? I haven't noticed any difference. I'm a th9 farming at 1700 and I still get about 200k each raid... Is it all th8's with the loot problem or something?
(I've raided about 10 times since the update)

Are you going to get lvl9/10 walls with 200k raid? HA! NO.
200k raids are pretty bad for th9. And the max loot cap is unaffected so if your enemy has lots in his gold storage and I think the caps 198k per one so if 20% of their storage individually is more than or equal to 198k then you will still get the same as before.
But honestly 200k raids! Pretty rubbish for th9.
Just because your Toyota doesnt have break problems, doesnt mean the Toyota break issue doesnt exist.
1. Many people have the same issue, they complain. There is an issue.
2. You dont have an issue. Doesn't affect 1. Simple .
now if you have an issue and nobody has it, then thats another story :D
I struggle to find any decent raids now , I have seen about 3 at 200k since update most are around 40-50k though. I have 2 days left on my townhall upgrade to level 9 and am seriously thinking of cancelling it :(

And I'm saying that the majority of people are not getting 200k gold and elixir per raid because they cannot find it. I played all day yesterday between 1300-1600 and only got one 200k+ raid. There is no reason for me to lie. There is no reason for others to lie. Are some people exaggerating their misfortune? I'm sure they are. People kind of have a tendency to do that. It might get better, but if you take a candy away from a baby with the promise of returning it later, it doesn't stop the baby from crying. Was surely having trouble finding good loot 1800-1900. I started going down yesterday, now at 1400, my first loot of the day.

I'm TH8 and I haven't noticed a difference either. If anything, I'm finding a lot of people not in a league with 200+k/200+k mostly in collectors/mines.
My loot has been completely fine, I have no idea why everyone has been complaining. Meh this always happens after a update though.

And i'd be willing to bet, if one of you suck oles could muster it, that if you made a video of your attack from base ... we'd see a different story. Seriously, the search amounts need to be reduced. All that time and effort for 100k gold, providing you manage to get it all.
Oh, I got 5700 bonus with that, woohoo! So i'll just ignore the 20k less I should have made. I thought the new 20% rule was supposed to benefit low level players? TH8 is not low... If that's their reason, they should have just re-adjusted the TH level difference loot penalty.

I'm a TH9. I thought there was a problem, too, so I started keeping score of my gold since the update.
I use a giant/breaker/barb/archer/goblin combo, which costs 80K elixir.
Here's what I've personally found:
1. Pre Update: Looting average of 3M gold/day in the 1950-2100 trophy range.
2. Post Update: Looted just over 12.5M gold in the 2000-2200 trophy range. By my calculations, I'm making 2.77M gold/day, given that it has been about 4.5 days since the update.
Just keep grinding it out people...
Nope bases with only 800k will no longer give you 198k loot because of the change in percentages. You'd only get 160k from them now. To be able to get 200k they must have 1, 000, 000.Quote:

TH9s usually have more than 3 mil storages because the best upgrades don't even occur before this price range. :P
After giving it a couple days i say much ado about nothing... Might take an extra raid or two per day, but the loot is definitely out there.
