Hello Jordan,

Great base! I have just recently maxed my defenses for TH9 (last 2 buildings upgrading), so I am now solely focusing on DE. I really like your second version of the base, but I added a few of my own little modifications to some spring traps, bombs, air bombs, and some walls. Here is a picture:

As you can see, I added little "buffer zones" that wallbreakers will target first on the south/east/west sides with the walls that were around the Air Defenses (I found those kinda useless no offense, they didn't really seem to do anything). I ran out of walls to do one on the top, so I added a different kind of "buffer zone". Kinda like Clash with Cam's buffer zone for his base, except only 1 wall thick (I have no idea if this will work or not). Basically, (this is what Cam said) those 2 walls there make WBs that break through the top want to target those corners they create, instead of the inner layer (watch one of Cam's videos on his base if you don't understand).

Really great base, I am loving it so far. Hilariously enough, I have been using this for over a week (while having around 100k de waiting for the AQ to finish upgrading), but I have not been attacked yet besides the usual TH snipes. :D As a base designer like yourself, this is both good and bad, good because I don't want people to take my DE, but bad because I want to see how well the base will hold against a real attack.

Overall, really nice work, I just added some modifications. What do you think?

Absolutely perfect base for saving Dark Elixir. Nice work. I saved approximately 55k DE with base.

Happy its been working for you. I actually tried out this base with the little empty squares before and it doesn't work. WB will not go for them because it doesn't have a building in it. I don't really understand what you are saying which is probably because its the morning for me. Could you explain more please? Or direct me to a good video? Thanks

Ah, ok. Thanks for telling me! Now that I know that those little empty squares don't work, I modified the base even more. But when I did that, I exposed the Air Defenses, so I had to change around some things in the core. What do you think?
