New Town Hall (and other goodies)

Town hall 11: I decided because th 10 and level 10 walls are fire and lava then with level 11 walls being electric why not creat a lightning TH 11
I was think that this town hall have a blue hue due to the level 11 walls it should also be somewhat similar to TH10 just modified

People want th11 already, my thoughts are no! And people already thought of electric theme th11

I am not for a new th. Theres just too much content theyd have to implement. Theres still so much that needs to be done before taking that risky leap to th11.
