Blacklist -- add players who kick out others and leave

So I've come across a few posts where players come into a clan, ask to be elder, kick out others, then leave. One member of my clan told me this happened to his when he was a leader of another clan. I've also read about it on global and on this forum.

These players should be blacklisted so all other clans know about it. Why ruin the fun for other people for their own sick pleasure?

Clan leaders/leaders, add their names to this thread, along with your clan name so we know what happened. Also if you know where they went, add that info too.

I'll add links to other threads that have similar discussions.

Clarification: This is not about clan hoppers-- those who come in, ask for troop donations, then leave. They are annoying but not terrible.

Clarification #2: yes, we know... don't make new people elder. Sometimes clans discover this too late. Sometimes a wolf lurks for a while before lashing out, so it's not that obvious.

It's one method. This is just another method. Multi-pronged defense.

One post talked about a guy who laid low for a while before doing it. So your method is good, but doesn't exactly solve the issue.

Dude! First of all elders should only go to loyal active members. And if someone comes in demanding elder they most likely wanna kick every member their trying to sabotage the other clans, so if you make some one elder their will be consequences. Here's an example.Lets say your a general and their is a private (the lowest rank) and you make him a colonel and send him into combat with 1000 men and you get a report that he leaded the men and they all died why? He had no experience.

Yeah I Did and I get your point and I disagree, I think elder should only be appointed to worthy members that have been loyal and chatty it gives them power why would you give power to a clan jump kicker?

Okay... but this thread is about blacklisting those people who do it. It's less about how/when eldership should be given, about which you are 100% correct.

I am for create black list as well. Many person joining to clan and leaving few time a day. And always some one accept them and promote to clan elder. Then clan leader have lots work.

We had a guy join our clan (Connor), and was unfortunately promoted by one of our newer elders (WalrusOverlord), Conner ended up kicking out half our clan and left. Because of this WalrusOverlord was booted. Connor should be black listed! We need a way to hold these jerks responsible.

This has happen to me one time, the guy name is The awesome 756. To help to prevent this is to only promote people who you trust and do not promote people who ask. How to prepare if this happens. Well you kinda have to train the elders you trust. How to train them? 1. Tell them DO NOT PROMOTE ANYONE, say it like that so they know that you mean it; 2. Tell your elders if someone gets promoted and kicks every one out, what the elder needs to do if the leader is not there is to promote every one, why? Because elders can't kick other elders. Yep my clan got hit hard by zaydoc also tradi made me lose 28 guys :(

My clan, Small Pumpkins, has been cleaned out today by the dark night.

His M.O.: Joins a clan, earns trust, becomes elder, stay as elder for about a week, then kick members.

He has three friends: Inventedhook2, Tom2000, bob.

We have a careful elder selection process... but it doesn't prevent trolls like the dark night from doing what he wants. :mad:

Its been awhile since it happened, but in the earlier days of our clan this guy went nuts and kicked out most everyone that was not an elder. Fortunately, it was right after the "Clan Search" feature was added so most everybody came back :) After he left he joined a clan called "CHINA" Not sure if he's still in it or not, lol. Hopefully he didn't do the same there!

Closing thread for the chance to actually find these guys in global is rare.
