Dead Reckoning - looking for Mid Th8 - Th9

We are a new clan called Dead Reckoning (White Cross Shield 10 members) made up of a bunch of friends in real life and some we've picked up along the way. We are focused on winning wars but are active farmers in between. We war twice a week but may change in the near future.
We are looking for a handful of good people. We expect to be under 20 members for the foreseeable future but will expand once we are ready for it. Most in the clan have been together for 6+ months and are friends and coworkers outside the game. We are hoping these new group of players will grow with us and have some fun.
You see a lot of the bigger clans constantly recruiting and that's because it's hard to keep 40+ members together for a variety of reasons. I went through it also being in a big clan in a big system. We're small but we're not going anywhere and we are all of similar mind in that we love this game and we play and enjoy our time playing this game together. What we are looking for:
-100mm gold grab requirement - This is a bare minimum requirement. We expect you to be well above that.
-Be Active - Everyone is very active. No one misses an attack for war and we are highly coordinated and communicate often. You need to be like that. There are no donation requirements since we view your contributions as more than a donation number.
-Be Cool - Goes without saying but I have to say it. Don't be weird or selfish
-Be Excellent - You don't have to be a world beater but you do have to be able to learn.
