New heroes are more likely for TH10 because the archer is the second hero you get and the hero is for TH9

Thats is true, but you get Barb king at townhall 7, so I was just putting it in the middle.

So it does less damage than a level 4 wizard? And don't you think it would make offence a tad bit more overpowered?

I don't know how much damage lvl 4 wizards do

Having a new hero unlocked at TH8, especially one that is "stronger" than an archer, doesn't make sense. Wizards are unlocked at barracks lvl 7, and archers are unlocked at barracks lvl 2. So why make a wizard hero available before a archer queen?

Its DPS is REALLY low. It is less than a lvl 5 wizard, which is what is unlocked at TH8. Why is a hero weaker than the troop it is a hero of?

500 HP return is really high, considering how much health it has. Its ability isn't really original: it is basically a BK's ability. 5 extra wizards is a lot - too much in my opinion. That is a boost of up to 900 DPS.

Also, why is that when I level it up, I only get aesthetic upgrades?
