Put more than 1 builder on an upgrade to speed completion time
I think that 14 days is too long to wait, and i suspect many other people also do not like waiting this long. So i think that maybe for an extra 100,000 gold you should be able to have a second builder go to work on a building upgrade or construction. This could maybe take 10-25% of the time off the upgrade. i know this would sort of break the gem speed up option, so it could be made more expensive, like cost half of what the original upgrade cost or it could only speed it up 5%.
