i will do this post almost everyday to let people in my clan here is how you earn leader and etc and other things

Elder: Elder is earned each 3 weeks u stay with the clan depending on how long u stay I may probably this is possibly even make you co leader. Another thing that elders can do if u may feel like some staff member or clan member is pissing you off make sure to tell me on Kick (I couldn't make it the messenger cause I wouldn't be able to make a post.) but that covers everything about how to be elder it may get updated

Co leader: Co leader is earned when you say with the clan for over a month possibility is this is subjected to change in the future due to some issues. I have been in only 1 clan that I enjoyed but I soon left it due to the fact of how the leader was treating me but sometimes I may go over to that clan to go check on it so that is when I will do a drawing or person with the best raiding attack u may become the leader while I am gone.

What my hopes are for this clan: What I hope we can accomplish in this clan is I hope we can make it into the leaderboards and be in the top 200 Even though people may not be able to see our names/clan I would be happy that I had accomplish my goal.

What I want you guys to do: Well what I would like you guys to do a co leaders, elders, even members is I want you all to share your raids. The reason I ask for this is because 1. It's entertaining. 2. It gives us strategies to look at. 3. It will help me as a leader to get to know how people attack in the near future.
I also want people to be social on the chat if you don't want to chat its up to you but I strongly recommend this.
No spamming unless it's party day.
Oh lastly if you are able to follow these rules it ups your percentage of getting Co leader.

Experience: my experience as a clan leader is not all that well so I may not be strict but when someone pulls some kind of move I will not hesitate to tell them to stop unless it is necessary. Only at sometimes will I allow u guys to spam the chat and have some extreme fun.

Conclusion: I would love to have u all on my clan but sadly the max is 50 I do not accept just the best i accept people who strive to become and try their absolute best in clash and at least try and make some new friends and me social I hope u all have a nice say and stop by to enjoy a wonderful clan i dream of in the future
