Set clan castle troops to Guard or Sleep

Similar to heroes it would be great if clan castle troops could be set to guard or sleep mode.
Really annoying to have a castle full of attacking troops wasted because someone attacks you just as you ve stepped out 5 mn to take a leak before doing your attack

Yes, I have wanted this for a long time. Because this isn't in the game, I have to put don't donate until 15 minutes if i need something specific for wars so they aren't killed on defense. It is so rare to see a good idea, but this isn't an original one. Still, it should be added.

I really like this idea and I haven't seen it before too. But what I like about this is sometimes I just want to use them to attack, and when I put my Town Hall out to get a shield, I don't want all my troops coming out just because it's a Town Hall sniper. And I think this could be easily implemented into the game, so great idea :D!

They won't come out unless you have your cc in a place they would, so if you had a farm base, why would you set up castle to dump when being sniped. Better forethought in base setup is logical solution

This would be a nice addition to CoC

Im farming elixir so all three storage are in the middle and then clan castle is right next to them but there is one edge that can be triggered and when it does it's annoying

This would be pretty cool.

It's an innovative idea. But, like in Clan wars, you should also have the option to ditch troops without using all of them on a single player raid. I think that update is coming soon. Isn't it?

Yes! I'm 100% for this idea!

Thumbs up. I typically get raided by barch, so when the barbarians trigger the cc, they kill the troops instantaneously. This idea is perfect!

So SC are you going to consider it ?

I know this is an old thread. But I really want this to happen. Most of my clan are in a completely different timezone and it's a pain in the Rs to co-ordinate troop donation with a shield and an appropriate time that I can attack. Is there any reason anyone knows of why this isn't being considered. Apparently, it's on the "not happening" list, but I can't find any reasons why.
