Clan wars

I think it'd be a good idea if instead of the top number of players going to war the leaders and co-leaders should be able to select which players they take, we have an odd number in our clan so can only do 15 at most yet we have 19 players, some of which haven't had the chance to play and others who want a break to upgrade and cant as theyre always dragged into war...is this something that could be achieved?

We're sick of people joining the clan just to get donations, not bother playing then leave!
