With the new lvl 5 pekka I would really like to see lvl 4 pekka allowed at th9 (same research cost) this would help th9 players in attacking th10 (clan wars trophie push exc.) and would help set th9 apart from th8 (since they can research lvl3 pekka) and this would still be fair to th10 players since they can research lvl5 all feed back is welcome
