I thought about writing another bonus with extra clan exp, however my thought is that since some clans are already level 10, they would prefer to have extra loot as the exp really doesn't help them. Although I do understand the appeal of bonus exp :)

I think 5 win streak hard to get if all clan goal is to get winn

If we think a little more, since level 11 chans already exist (currently as a placeholder), it's highly likely that SC will introduce more perks in an update.

And what will be sweeter than "extra war win streak bonus" perk unlocked at clan level 11 and the perk amount increasing as the clan advances beyond level 11!

However, newer clans will be waiting too long to get this perk, so it has to be tweaked. My personal preferred suggestion is like this:

Extra war win streak bonus by 50%, unlocked at clan level 8
Extra war win streak bonus by 100%, unlocked at clan level 11
Treasury extra storage bonus by 40%, currently unlocked at clan level 8, move to clan level 9
War bonus extra loot bonus by 25%, currently unlocked at clan level 9, move to clan level 10
Treasury extra storage bonus by 50%, currently unlocked at clan level 10, move to clan level 11

I give high percentages to extra war win streak bonus because they're hard to get and should be encouraged.
