Allowed war base change by leader or co leader by option.

Hi,
I think its a good choice if member have a option to allow or not allow for leader change their own base on preparation day. I suggest so because i see some member especially the new player, they not very well in arrange trap and defense bulding. With this option, the member can let leader or co help they change the war base.

I like the idea- as long as the person's base who is being edited is fine with it. There should be a button saying 'Allow clan member to edit base' it then takes you to the clan view page and you select who you want to edit it. The person who is chosen then has a notification come up on their device saying ' *insert name here* wants help with their base!' This only lasts 24 hours from when the person who needs help asks for it.

Just a thought.
