it's more of a hit or a total miss, also, the lower ur TH level is the better to go sub-200, but ur th8 and the loot penalty for u is significant

You only lose two trophies every loss and when u get off for just five minutes you gain like 90 cups. Dont even think of going down there with a lot of dark elexir. I got lightning spelled the heck out of down there because i had 20k while in the sub 200 zone
Just went to sub 200 with my th8 account. Its kind of waste of time me. Also consider elixir consuming when moving back to gold league again.
