An apple watch version couldn't attack or do any of the things another version can, because your fingers would cover the whole screen.

You do know that you need a iphone/ipod to use a iwatch supercell would not budge it.
The apple watch app may just be a cersion in which you can see troop counters while attacking on it for a number of gems, or it may just be an very zoomable rendering
