Builder can steal gems from enemy's obstacles

Any free builder from the attacker's village to be allowed to be brought into the enemy's village during a raid to remove any available obstacles in that village to steal their available gems underneath. This will indirectly encourage players to clean and remove their own obstacles quickly before they being removed by the enemy's builders.

Maybe up to 50%, if not all of the available gems underneath an obstacle if any, available to be stolen.

That would just count as a gem raid and you could get 50% before enemy defenses could reach you.

maybe not trees etc, but if they could steal not used gem boxes would be good
