Neighbourhood orders and donations

I feel like some people in the neighbourhood just farm items off other members without contributing back to other neighbours. This is not a good social experience if this is happening in your neighbourhood so my solution is similar to clash of clans dontaions.

1. Every hour you can create a buy order of some kind that only neighbourhood friends can forfill. The order is limited to 5 items an hour so I might request 5 milk or 5 different items but for this example we will stick with 5 milk is what I need so I create the buy order

2. All my neighbours can see this and choose to donate items to help fill that order. This will create a neighbour ranking system which can be reset weekly similar to clash of clans where we can see a simple number of donations received and number of donations made in the neighbour list. For example 10/40 means I donated 10 items and received 40 so im not a very good neighbour as i dont help others or my score could be 120/30 meaning i donated lots more than i received.

To keep this balanced you could make it so that the itmes being requested have a standard value of coin and xp similar to forfilling tuck orders or boat orders. The idea here is to make a simple way to see who helps and who doesnt help other members and also create more reason to socilise and help neghbours.

Every hour you can change your order or collect what was donated but you can only ever have a maximum of for example 5 items in your order request at any time.


The items being donated and requested only have a default coin/xp value so it doesnt matter if you are donating lots of cheap items but requesting lots of expensive items the point here is to help each other and you get the default coin/xp reward for donating. Either that or you have to pay full price or base price on the order so the person requesting has to pay for the the order when they collect the items. Im sure the devs can do alot of cool things with this but I think this is urgently needed as I already find myself ignoring some members requests in chat because I never see them help others but maybe they do and I just dont see it so it hard to make a real judgement.

I want neighbours who contribute and to kick those who don't help others, but currently there is no way of knowing without monitoring the chat 24/7 to see who helps and who just always begs for stuff.
