Neighborhood Message Board

Im sorry if this has been said... But I think it would be very helpful for everyone if each Neighborhood could have a message board. Mainly a place for the leader to state what their expectations are for the members of the hood. Kinda an extension of the hood description. Also maybe be able to put announcements for the hood or maybe another part of the board for members to post which items are needed? I know that you can write a description for your hood but they barely give any room and there is no way to explain whats expected in so few words.

It would be nice to have a option for the leader to be able to post notes to the neighborhood. Maybe posted in red and stays up top of message board.
