Simple thread that doesn't need many comments.
All i want to know is how many sneak peeks are there normally/average before an update?
We would all love to know, good things come to those who wait :p
Look at the head on top of the lvl 6 Dark Barracks, specifically above the eyes. Exact same ridges as the new troop and the horn has the exact same shape. It is not a new Golem, not even close. The YouTubers are going to have more info later today.
I think the greyish forefront is actually its rocky wings, covering up its face like a bat. Not impossible. Gotta wait and seeQuote:

I get a feeling the new troop was made to counter the inferno towers because of the way it looks, my guess is that it has one of the following abilities:
1) Can't be damaged by IT's
2) Gets powered up when being attacked by infernl towers
3) Inferno tower increases this new troops health
4) Makes inferno towers ignore all troops and targets this new troop instead
What do you think? Can you add to the list above

It could very well be that the pic is of a level 6 golem, but that it is totally unrelated to the new dark barracks level. It would also seem like a double post if you ask me. You know from the sneak peek yesterday a new troop will be released, why announce the very same troop the day after using a vague screenshot.
So I believe the sneak peek of today is actually a level 6 golem and that we have not yet seen any glimpse of the new dark troop.

The picture that was released by SC has a “rock” figure with molten eyes behind them. But if you look at through a 3-D way, the rocks and lava dont look seperste at all. They look to be one figure not 2 different ones. If you closely beneath the eyes you see the jagged objects,those appear to be the teeth of the object, the teeth seem to be rounded around the entire front of the face. Yes this could be just rocks right their.
Now onto the eyes, the eyes are a lava red which match the redness of the dragging lvl 4. So that could add to it possible being an air troop.
The eyebrow, it is shown with the creature having borrowed eye brows like he is angry. The object becomes one, clearly at this point as this eyebrows clearly follow the eye type of shape.
The entire object is a rock figure which i dont see how it could be an air troop, a flying rock figure? That means sc would have to add a type of wing like the other air troops which if they were to would look really cheese.It also wouldn’t fit with the theme of the game.
This is my complete opinion but i don't think it will be an air troop. You guys can say if you believe what I think or not. We all have our own opinions i this topic since we don't have it confirmed in any way.
So..nobody talkin about shortened hero regen time? I would especially like to hear from individuals who got refunds after the last update.

Why would it need to "smell" fireworks? If it was an air troop, it could surely "see" fireworks. For your consideration.... a burrowing troop that goes under walls to the air defences?? Alternatively, a troop that discovers giant bombs that are of course.... hidden. :rolleyes:
To me it is the a picture of the golem saying "I smell fireworks" because there is something new in the dark barracks that have to do with fireworks.
There is no way they are making another rock like creature.

Just had a closer look at Dark barracks lvl 6, the skull at the top is not same as that of dark barracks lvl 5 instead it pretty much resembles the head of the troop in sneak peek #4, so that little lava mountain could be for lvl 6 golems or another new troop.... either would be awesome.
Looks like a fusion between a Dragon and a Golem. And yes, it's an Anti-Air Defense unit.

Its animal headed, feline or like a rat..stone and lava made probably and attacks antiair defenses..
If its an air troop i think it could be something like a bat or gargoyle, if its an earth troop could be something like a panter or big rat (maybe rided by some other troop??)

TEy give us a sneak peak. And then a sneak peek of a sneak peak. So annoying, can't wait for Feature #1 tho. This will definitely help with Skull walls on my base, since almost all my elixir upgrades are maxed on th9.

I think the fiery bits in the picture are in fact nostrils as in "I smell fireworks."
Judging by the headlights, I think the new dark troop is a 2014 Toyota Prius.
