If you read the thread you would know that Gargoyle was the original name for the minion. Having it be the new troop would be lazy.

That's my belief, too. The skull on top could be a rabbit and it would explain the early wizard videos and wizard promo. I could see it multiplying as small attackers (similar to the witch's skeletons) but work with the wizard to produce flaming bombs.

Not sure how fire would fit to this, but the skull reminds me of the hyenas (from lion king) hyenas are often associated with witchcraft in folklore and are often associated with bad things.

maybe the lava is just referring to the lava walls you get at th9 and also been used to throw us off the trail while speculating

edit- im sticking with hellcat as my prediction but wanted to chuck this idea out there

Isn't that in every video, because his clan is lost Phoenix, so basically it's his mascot

With all the Pokemon fans around here why was growlitthe not mentioned. Looks just like the skull and has a fire element.

That's just a random guess this is a kinda of logically backed up...yea ok it's also a guess so i realize it doesn't all add up perfectly but hey it a a good attempt and with the thing on the barracks they have always been vague
