Copying my post from another thread, which I think would also apply to a Facebook app:
At the current time, SC has no plan to go to PC any time in the future. Any apps or software that you could find that would allow use on a PC would be a third party vendor and strictly against the Terms of Service to use. I'll see if I can find the recent thread about this and the response from Cricks (moderator).
