The 2nd guy must have been using his farming army. Goblins don't really belong in CW. I mean, I'm sure there are some very specific cases where somebody could justify using goblins. But really, just leave them out of your CW attacks.

Tbh, I use goblins in CW too. 5-6 only. Why? To trigger traps or to get rid of collectors/mines so that the barbs charge forward instead of wasting time on them.

with 5-10 gobs how do you even take out 2 or more collectors? youre too close to defenses at that point for them to even make a difference

why not just use barbarians... they are actually relevant in clan wars, cheaper and you can use em to attack that builder hut that is normally in the corner of the map

What if there is a mine/storage that is just inside the range of the CC? I'm not saying its a must, but just that there are some people (who are way better than I am at war) who does that.
