Diamonds disappearing

Hi

Has anyone else been loosing diamonds.

I lost 4 diamonds a couple of weeks ago out of nowhere for sure and i have had a feeling before that, that my diamonds was missing without being totally sure.

Now my wife has had the same problem.

Last night she had 14 diamonds, she knows this because she only needed 1 more to be able to expand some queue that needed 15 diamonds.

First thing in the morning she noticed that she now only have 1 diamond so while she was sleeping somehow 13 diamonds had disappeared.

Since it happened while she slept, it seems unlikely that she should have accidentally used them for something and also nothing would consume 13 diamonds in one slip of the finger and normally she never looses diamonds because of using them by mistake.

Diamonds do not dissapear by itself, you probably speed up something.

I'm sorry but what part of "There were 14 when she went to sleep and 1 when she woke up" was it, you did not understand.


Yes, she could have sleepwalked into the livingroom, turned her tablet on and used diamonds to speed up things but i find that highly unlikely.

She never uses diamonds to speed up things and if she accidentally pressed some button to speed up something she would have had to do more than one speedup as nothing i know of uses exactly 13 diamonds in one push.

I have read it, but as Supercell said in their support page, diamonds do not dissapear by itself.

I have to disagree that diamonds don't just disappear I purchased 275 diamonds 6 days ago for £6.99 I already had 10 so that gave me 285 diamonds I only used 100 diamonds to hire Tom the hire boy that day yet later that day I only had 11 diamonds remaining so 174 diamonds have just disappeared I know I haven't used them I know that I haven't used them accidentally as I have "double tap to confirm" enabled yet they are trying to tell me that I used them on buying 3 purple vouchers and a tape for a silo upgrade when I know I haven't i think it's ridiculous how people spend their own money on extra diamonds/coins only for over half of them to disappear!

I've been watching my Diamonds too .. And I have to double click to speed up things, so that's not where my Diamonds are spent - But losing 2 Ds here and there will soon be a lot of Diamonds ..

I've been asking in my neighbourhood if they have had the same problem, but they haven't noticed anything.

so I also wanna know who spends my Diamonds when I'm not playing 😳😳

One thing to consider, folks, is that when you enable the double tap confirmation it does not work in all areas. It has only been designed to work in some situations. You are not required to double tap for every action.

So, if you are missing the resources needed for a product, and a yellow box/window pops up to tell you so, a single tap on that diamond button will be enough to spend diamonds.

Diamond loss is very frustrating whichever way it happens. I hope it can be addressed.

Eeeeh .. WHEN you speed up something then you would get XPs - right ??!!
My case is just like the first post ... Someone IS using a couple of my diamonds while I'm asleep
and to make double sure that I'm not speeding up something - I've started to taking screenshots before I go to bed and another when I get up - thereby not saying that it happens every night , but I will post the pics next time.

But I'm glad to hear that not every player has this problem - I just wish they could/would solve it 😉

A few days ago, i thought i simply forgot the number of diamonds i had when i saw i had 14D when last i remembered it was more than 30. I remember this figure v well because then i could hire Tom 2x.

Just b4 my shower i noted that i needed 1 more diamond ie i had 14D , before i could hire Tom again.

I go shower, come back to check on the goods i'm preparing for my ship and DARN IT!!

I only have ONE DIAMOND???

So i am 100% sure my diamonds have been stolen.

It's not even 1 or 2 diamonds here n there - i've been looted wholesale.

Someone please help!!
