Why train your heros?

First of all, the new update on heros is going to be great. Regen time will be greatly reduced.

That's cool and all, but what about training them? After level 14, the King and Queen both take a week to level up. Is it really worth training them after that? Or do I have to wait around a year just so I can use my maxed level Heros when I could be using them in my raids?

Yes it is worth it

The no.1 reason to get your heroes up really high is b/c it makes it much easier to three star maxed TH10 bases.

👆i agree with the above ppl. If someone's attacking u with a lvl 15 barb king it feels as though they don't lose any health so yes there is a massive difference

Yea but the problem is, do I really have to wait over 200 days (if all i did was upgrade) without using BK or AQ just so I can reap from the extra benefits? I could have been using my King or Queen those 200+ days and would have benefited so much more.

This has me thinking that the best scenario is to gem the time, but that's going to cost a hell of a lot of dough. While the other scenario is to only upgrade 1 Hero at a time so you can at least use 1? Wished there were more heros where you can decide which to use, that way you can use one or two while upgrading another...

I try and have one upgrading constantly so I can use and enjoy the other. If you dont gem it, it will eventually get to the point where it will be tough to get 100k+ de in a week to upgrade the hero to the next level for constant upgrading past lvl 20(ish). Can be done I suppose, but to have 2 heroes costing 100k+ each? Might be a little tough, even for hardcore farmers.

I just got my bk to 15, and it seems like he finally has some teeth (yes it doesn't seem like much to those with higher heroes, but it is noticeable to when he was 10). I think upgrading one at a time is worth the week long wait.
