Hey guys I'm buying 2500 gems today and I don't know what to use them on for the best output and make use of them.
I have lvl 1 BK and have bought everything for TH7 except the dark barracks and one tesla.

Why do you buy them if you don't know what do you with them? Anyway, id just sad boosting. Best output.
A lot depends on how much you play. If you can play for 2 hour periods often use them to boost barracks. If not use them on what you want. Also if you don't have all 5 builders that is number 1 priority. Other than that I can't say what to do without knowing more info.
I've got all the builders. Thinking about upgrading BK or even using it get dark barracks and hog riders to level 2.
And another question is it better to upgrade walls to max before upgrading TH even though it'll take ages?

boosting ur barracks will utilize the gems.
personally, I would buy a builder, and save the rest for barrack boosts.
