Those stats are too OP man....

Clash of clans is in medieval times and they did not have rail guns back then

I feel like you took that idea from backyard monsters...

I'd imagine that the rail gun would annihilate witches and meatshields would be useless against a well placed rail gun. While it sounds cool, I don't think it'd work out.

Railguns are used via two strong electromagnets that propel a bullet at insanly high speeds. I don't think that a pre-industrialized village could even image such a thing. Sorry to sound like such a hater, but its just my nerdiness kicking in.

I don't think that it is pre industrialised otherwise it probably wouldn't have walls with electric current passing through them and auto targeting weaponry. I tend to think of clash of clans as more of a fantasy based theme rather than trying to fit in with any particular time in human history.
