I've been thinking about this for a while, but, why not give a boost in clan wars loot to clans that get all the stars for a war? This would be above and beyond the boost they get for winning a war. This would encourage all clan members to participate and try to all star the opposing clan and would cause the opposing clan to do the same. Winning a war is one thing, getting all the stars is on a whole new level.
This sounds OK. Except that I can see peer pressure and cyberbullying might be added to this. What if a player got a 2 star and made the clan get 149 stars. People might cyber bully. And that's not what we want.

That wouldn't happen anymore than it already does. Imagine your clan is three stars away from winning, you have the last attack and only get one star, you don't think a clan that would "cyberbully" you for not all-staring wouldn't cyberbully you worse for losing the war? Besides, if your clan is into cyberbullying, you are in the wrong clan.
