Hey guys. Our clan is fairly new. Members lvl 50-100. First problem is we are often not matched evenly. Second we just can't seem to ever win on. Come someone help?

Hey guys. Our clan is fairly new. Members lvl 50-100. First problem is we are often not matched evenly. Second we just can't seem to ever win on. Come someone help?
First, make sure all your members use both attacks in war. Don't let any members loot, if you don't use high level attack strategies and the other clan does the war is already lost. Make sure your members have war layouts, not farming layouts. This involves a centralized CC and a few mechanisms to ward off common war attacks.
