I recently bought a 2 day sheild if my clan go to war do I lose my sheild if I fight ?

No u won't lose it unless u attack a base not in clan war

No you will not and I don't think you should spend gems on shields at all. They are far better spent on #1 Builder huts, #2, barrack boosting or #3, hero boosting.
