I haven;t been farming great recently but I can still muster out a million per hour sometimes not boosted at TH9.
As I TH7 I get over 3x that amount with BARCH.
when i did a boost at th8 i finished 20 skulls...
I get that much in 30 minutes no boost.

It is not, sorry.
As a reference point I just finished a 2 hour boost and got 3.5M gold. TH9, crystal 3. I don't think I have ever gotten less than 3 million.
