really desappointing updates - asking for refund

i started to play the game 2 months ago i am at level 89 now
i have spent around 2500 usd thinking that one day i will manage to have all my troops and defenses at top level
unfortunately the game keeps changing, today the game is no longer the game i opted to...
how can i get refund for all my money please ?

the idea to always add more updates more defenses makes me crazy ... soon farming will be impossible
when will they add 1 or 2 more arcs?
when will we be able to upgrade the arcs to level 4?

please is there a way to get a refund for my money. the game i used to like is no longer the same i spent money thinking that one day i might be on top but now the more we go the more they ask for money.

any advises please?

i have millions... money is not the issue here my concern is that the game keeps changing and thus is no longer the game i opted to... my time is precious more than the 2500 usd i spent it can be 100 us dor 10.000 i dont care...

my advice is stop crying and play the game this update is the best update they have put out to date. Reasonable updates and the golem is epic. Its not there fault you spent the money its yours hopefully your joking. People who ask for refunds are beyond ignorant.

The whole game is about enjoying your time raiding and farming to help upgrade your bace. If you want to boost a few things sure then go ahead. I just don't understand the mindset of my base MUST be maxed and if i cant i quit. The whole point is to have more things added to keep people playing to farm and upgrade. THAT IS THE GAME. What would you do after your base is maxed? Sit and look at it? You will have plenty of time to do that if you take a picture of it, as youwill be waiting for a fight for 1H ++ at the post 3400 trophy mark. Where you HAVE to spend money to keep your advantage by gemming spells and Hero's and troops constantly as well as paying for elixir. Just because there is going to be someone who has more disposable income or is willing to spend more of their disposable income than you. That is because there is an OPTION of paying, and because it is an option some people have the ability to pay more if they so CHOOSE.
as for a refund i doubt it :s, sorry but you could always ask.

omg with USD 2500 you could go on a cruse with your family and have REAL pleasant memories

no one is crying here i am a responsible adult asking simple question how to get a refund because the game updates are major updates and change the whole spirit of the game
i don't care about my lost money but i don't like to be considered like a fool... when i opted for the game i thought 4k would be enough now they are asking for 5 and nest month it will be 6k that's all

you can go to iTunes and customer care and ask for a refund. they will ask for which purchases you want refunded which is under your account tab somewhere. however they can only refund your past 2 months purchases.

i am currently farming for my level 10 walls 3 million each brick! ;) but i cant accept that they add a level 11 wall at 6 millions each....

I honestly hope you don't get your money back. You spent the money. You played the game. You knew there would be updates because games progress and eventually require additional investment to stay on top. If you get a refund, it will be SuperCell who ends up as the victim.

Such bullshît.

Apple won't refund it if they can see in the records you were happily spending away all those gems like a teenage girl shopping at Macy's.

Also know nothing about progression and working hard for what you want? You must have got your "millions" easy please show us all how to replicate your success in life.

Supercell are delivering more content for a game, you should be happy to have more things to look forward to not asking for a refund. They NEVER once advertised that the finish line was TH9 back when you started playing and that you "win" once you get there?

Most Online games are always changing environment. If you cannot handle a game that is constantly changing go play your console games as obviously this game is NOT for you.

At the end of the day, Supercell is a company like most others out there. They have a successful product, that you can play for free mind you, and they want to make money like everyone else. If a customer of whatever business you are in asked for a refund because they were not happy with what happened after all the product is used up, you would really give a refund? That is not how the world works my friend.

Also, if the money does not matter to you, then just quit and stop complaining. You were the dumbass that bought the 2500 dollars worth of gems and thought you could be on top with just that. Do you even realize how much the top players spend each month? If you look at those players it is painfully obvious how much they have to spend and it is way more than 2500. Don't blame supercell for you being so short sighted.

This just proves that a lot of money might buy material things but it sure does not buy intelegence.

Exactly! For a guy who supposedly has millions he sure is making a big deal out of his careless investment. It's not like supercell held a gun to your head and forced you to buy gems with the promises of never changing the game. How about you be patient like 99% of us and don't go spending your millions on an app.

You should take the issue up with SC, not these random know-it-alls on here. I'm not a fan of heavy gemmers, but it's none of my business really.

I've suggested in the thread SC put up that everyone, no matter how much they put in, even $10 - should be given at least 10% back in gems at the very least. Because I feel these updates should have been part of the game from the off. It's starting to feel like a Beta, and they shouldn't be charging so much in that case.

The only advice I can give is "be good to your mum" short of that your buggered like the rest of us. I know just as you start to get somewhere something new comes along that says "feed me $$$$$$" or fall behind. Sadly that's what the game is all about, once corporations get a taste for big profits they want more. Remember there are countries/society's that actually believe that greed is good.

Since you are making millions. Make that 2500USD as a tips for Supercell. Comeon they have created one of the best game. You have to give them credit not refund. Cheers millionaire!

Actually the game mechanics have not changed that much in two months, just some new features and occasional improvements. By gemming like you have, you have missed the opportunity of working patiently and getting a feel for the game properly. You clearly have a great deal of money, as you say. Did you come by that easily, or was it earned over many years? If you simply have a huge inheritance, then I suspect you spend unwisely a great deal, as you have here. What you have done here is a great lesson for you to learn about caution and money. Don't ask for a refund, this will make you resentful. Accept your poor choice and walk away a better man.

Go to Mac's and order a large meal, Finish the whole meal then go back to the counter and say, Heyyy i didn't really enjoy that meal you changed some of the ingredients. Can i have my money back?

Millionaires don't come onto forums asking for refunds and complaining about their "valuable time", yet wasting that same "valuable time" in forums disclosing their "millionaire" status. You just go through normal customer service channels, cut your losses or spend a bit more money to get where you want to be.

They don't come here and flaunt and pose over trivial sums of money. Obvious troll is obvious.

If you have millions, hire a lawyer or a team of lawyers to sue them for constantly changing the game, which they call "updating", and not meeting your initial expectations. Like someone said previously, seems like a beta, and they are charging us a lot. You might get your refund or lose even more money. Hth

Hi, you have every right to complain -however - if you don't want to be considered a fool I would recommend not going onto a gaming forum and admitting that you you spent that much money on a freemium iOs game.
