Suggestion

I don't know where we are supposed to report suggestions and ideas but I wish they would put access to the newspaper in the town, maybe a newspaper stand if not another mail box. It is annoying when a visitor asks for something and we don't have it and want to jump in the newspaper to buy or look for it (example i always come up a couple short on eggs). I have to go back to my farm, click on the newspaper, buy the item and then go back to the town. Would be so easy to eliminate that hassle. Thanks.

Yes! Been wanting this since the introduction of the town. I much rather have a newspaper stand in the town than another machine or store. 2 different sets of newspaper is better than one! Would be a major improvement for those of us who love to shop. Besides, what town is complete without a newspaper stand?

Very cool ideas - and it would look great in town. Maybe we could get gum trees at level 80 and make all varieties of chewing gum for the newspaper stand!

We definitely need a newspaper stand in town. It would also be nice if those delightful movie tickets that show up in the grass by the mailbox could also appear near the cinema!

Chappy675, is it possible for you to edit the title of this thread to something like "Mailbox in town"? I almost didn't read it because the title didn't give enough info.

Even better than changing to title,try reporting the whole idea to the suggestions thread. The guys that can make this happen read every idea. They may not make any promises but they do read them

Title changed. I will now post it in the suggestion thread. Thanks for directing me to it. I knew there was one but I couldn't find it. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

I would also like the event board to be available on any farm, just like the boat board is. Slightly related only, I know

Along a similar line, I have always been puzzled as to why you can't go directly from the town to the fishing area and back. When the visitor asks for fish, this would save some tedious waiting.

It's not designed that way. Look at the train tracks on the farm. They only go to the town. The farm is in the middle of the town and the fishing area. There's no shortcut or roundabout.
