After a war win, my war loot never showed ip to my castle. Rest of my clan did not have this issue. What would cause this?
The problem has not been fixed for months. It happens to a small ratio of players in some situations. One of my clanmates had not received her awarded loots in 2-3 hours before she could finally collect them.
You can report the problem to the supporting team or keep waiting for a while.
