I noticed how you pointed out that one of they TH9s made a key strategic play by 2-starring two of their TH10s. You also mentioned that it is really hard for a TH9 to 3-star another TH9. That specifically, is something that my clan has been working on for months now, and it has paid off. We are on our second perfect victory in a row! In both cases, we 3 starred every base including about 15 TH9s and two TH10s in the first war.

Both sides deserve a ton of credit for warring nonstop for so long and working together as well as both teams do to achieve the massive records they both have.
This is basically an ITD/IIB war matchup but with a more mixed TH group having more wins and warring more hardcore than ITD or IIB (hardcore meaning warring more often/nonstop).
Congrats to both teams for putting it to each other to the best of their abilities and showing respect for each other while doing it!:D
Damn if the troopers can pull this out that would be epic considering the slight TH10 advantage YOLO had.

It was a fantastic and very intense war. Hats off to TEAM Y.O.L.O. for giving us a fun and fair challenge. Both clans saw some amazing attacks, as well as defenses.

Our membership is at 35 through a combination of vacations, attrition (people tired of war), and kicks. Accepting applications is a slow process. The leadership is all pretty busy with life right now and wars take a lot of attention. Getting new members in is often pushed to the back burner. I feel kinda bad about that, because some people end up waiting a while. But we do what we can with the constraints on our time.
Hopefully soon we'll be at 40 and 45 person wars. Not to satisfy the critics, but just because it makes things more fun. I have not perceived a significant change in difficulty between 45 or 50 person wars and 35 person wars. There does seem to be a contingent of people that want to pin any success we have on our membership numbers. It doesn't matter to us what those people think. However, I did want to correct the notion that we do it for easier competition.

Btw, does the current war your in seem a bit boring (unless its a tough matchup) :-). I'm glad for the breather after that last war but man it's not as thrilling (of course we take every war serious and will take our current match seriously)
