At TH10 with 240 troops, one could afford to just make an extra healer, hold onto to it, then finally deploy it just before 100% destruction on a premie base, which usually happens near the 2-2.25 minute mark. That's a lot of time for a healer to heal one or both heroes, you'd basically never have them resting unless they died in battle with a lvl4 healer healing them for 45 seconds.
People often boost their heroes to keep them healed up and ready to go for the next raid, but what you are proposing here would likely eat away at SC's gem profits since people will not need to boost heroes nearly as often.
It's a great implementation for the players, but I doubt it'll fly with the SC staff.
