As I'm not terrifically active, I use balloonion, and I manage to get nice juicy raids within a good few nexts, it's the perfect strategy for me though, big profits, and you don't need to be on 24/7 for the strategy to be effective.

Loot isn't just dependent on your TH.
I can't chose an option because for me the loot can vary quite considerably.
Previously I could target bases based on whether or not it was high in any of the three resources. Now all my elixir upgrades are done its just walls and DE. Currenlty gold is being spent on walls which is giving me the false impression that the loot is bad as my gold isn't accumulating as it would saving up for a defense.

So apparently, TH level does affect opinions about the economy, as the numbers are showing.
I'm finding loot great at th9 tbh, dont get me wrong, there are the times where there's hardly anything, but i find it that loot is always easy to find around 4pm UK time and onward, but that's just me:rolleyes:

Gold sinks [walls] kill farming at high level play. Finding full gold storages is extremely rare, as are loaded inactive accounts.
It just doesn't make the game fun at all, higher difficulty to get the loot I have no problems with - I have problems with finding it and press next far too much.
Too much nexting is not fun, it's boring. All you do at TH10 is press next more, and pay more everytime you do it too as a double blow.

I'll guess it will be around the lines of
TH7\8=loot is good(unless they are farming in bronze 2,then yea,their loot will suck)
TH9\10 will be diffrent from each person,because some just do it better.
