Wouldn't you know it - they reportedly reduce the upgrade time for gold mines and elixir collectors on the very day that my last ones hit 11.
Without the fomality of an actual poll, should I laugh or cry?
Also can someone post the new upgrade times for 11 so I know how much to be upset over my bad timing?

Can't tell you all of the new upgrade times. But the level 10 -> level 11 upgrade is 4 days rather than 5.
It's 4 days to upgrade to lvl11
