I need tips on 3 starring this base

Can you guys help me thinking of a army. These are the levels of the troops i have -

Level 5 barbs
level 5 archers
level 5 goblins
level 4 giants
level 4 wallbreakers
level 4 ballons
level 5 wizards
level 3 healers
level 3 dragons
level 1 pekka
level 2 minions
level 1 hogs
level 1 valks
level 5 lightning spell
level 4 healing spell
level 3 rage spell

And i have 200 army space. Any suggestions please leave below, except all drags, because I want to try to avoid that.

Is there any other army, i said i would want to avoid that due to saving elixer for getting golems. If that is my only way i can do i will, bt i need another army if possible

Just wondering why you want to avoid using all dragons? The loot bonus for winning should cover the cost of training 2 dragon armies. Considering your troop lvls & army capacity, using a combo of 8-9 dragons with a few wizards and archers in your camps, some lvl6 balloons in your cc, 3rage spells & Barb King (assuming you have him) almost guarantees 3☆ against that base and pretty much any other th8 base. Like with any attacking strategy the outcome largely depends on correct placement and timing of troop/spell drops, but this approach is easy to get the hang of and more 'foolproof' than using giant-wallbreaker-wizard.

with your troop lvls mass drags is the only for sure way to 3 star it due to spread out base and poorly positioned air defenses.

You can do a Giwipe if you are looking for alternatives.

16 Giants
3 Pekkas
Rest wizards and wb's 2 heal 1 rage.
CC wizards or witches.

I want to try to save elixer for golems, but if it comes to that I will use drags. Wont ballonian work? Also if i did use the drag attack how would I lure out the cc, its centered very well

not with lvl 4 bloons need lvl 5 really for that strat to work. I would have suggested bloonion had they been lvl 5 tho.

With drags no need to lure the cc let them pull troops to center and drop a rage on them.

Luring the opponents cc isn't necessary. Use their cc troops to draw your dragons into the center of the base. Basically when the cc troops start attacking one of your dragons that dragon will switch to target the cc troops as will any other dragons close to it. Because troops exit the cc one at a time the dragons will follow the trail of troops to the center of the base putting them right next to the enemy TH. Balloons in your cc will take care of 2 of the ADs. Drop Rage spells where required
