Reward the workers

You guys should give some rewards to those who work really hard for their clan. I love the idea of recieving gold, elixir and dark elixir for donations. Because there are some players that have more than 1k donations but they don't recieve anything in exchange. Only war loot but I think that's not enought because you can lose the war after doing an attack with ten dragons. So i ask you guys to give those donators:
100 donations = 10k gold and elixir
1k donations = 100 dark elixir
We will recieve this rewards at the end of each season. This way people help more and dont just let the high members work for them. Hope you guys like the idea, keep up the hard work.

True since I'm just like this and I don't wrote this because of me but for others that help the clan way too much and other people just abuse of those "good hearted person"

Most people are too selfish to donate, let them be, your own kindness is a good enough reward for yourself:)
