When I make a base I never know if it will be effective. I think you should be able to test your base using your own troops when you are finished creating it. To minimize overuse, supercell could make bases testable every 24 hours.
I hope you like my idea and please leave comments.
This wouldn't be used for your intended purpose. People would create an identical base to whom they would attack in clan wars to see what strategy they could use to defeat it.
