Need to get my account on other device

I have a clash of clans account on my iPad and need to change it to my iPhone but I can't because i am using the same Game Center account as my brother. Who also has an account and that is the account that is saved on the Game Center. How do I transfer the account on my iPad to my iPhone?

you need to make a GC for your account, link it, and do the transfer

You need a new Apple ID to create a GC, I will let you google the rest, as I don't own an iOS device myself.
