Level 6 Wizards (Need to be buffed)

The change between level 5 wizards to level 6 has a significance far too low, compared to its supermassive upgrade time and cost. In a video, this was proven to have very little or no difference on the battlefield. Take a look:

DPS: 170 - 180 (+10)
HP: 156 - 164 (+8)

Research time: 14 Days (+9 Days from lv4 - lv5)
Research cost: 7,500,000 (+5,000,000 from lv4 - lv5)

It just isn't worth it. Cannons / Archer Towers deal about 90 damage per hit and +8 HP isn't going to help. +10 DPS is definitely not going to help matters, either, if you take a look at building and storage hit points.

Now, it just comes to the point where the only upside to upgrading them is for their look.

True, +1, but Wizards are perfectly balanced and any change will bring a handful of complaints.

With how often wizards get used, they should get a nerf (not that I want them nerfed) because they fit well into most strategies like GoWiPe/Wi, Healer+Giants, etc. They should probably nerf lv5 wizards instead of buffing lv6

The splash damage of a balloon can't one shoot them, a max lightning spell sometimes fails to one shoot them. Their damage is already pretty high, I think that they're fine.

And say you use 10 Wizards per attack, that's an extra 100 dps, and more health. It adds up. Wizards are good the way they are.

And depending on the size of your cc, can be as big of a difference of 80 dps for defence.

Nononono. Not a nerf, but not a buff either. They are perfect the way they are. I would much rather wait for eventually lvl7 wizards:eek:

Agreed. Supercell should make town hall 10s even more op, and nerf all of the town hall 9 and below things. WHOS WITH MEH.

Endgame upgrades shouldn't be super upgrades. They should be expensive and pointless, just that little edge over the other guy.

How could L6 wiz be nerfed? The DPS increase is 10 and HP increase is 8...It is hard enough to pay the huge amount of elixir/time for that small of an increase. It is impractical to make the upgrade any smaller of an increase, as the user would basically be paying millions and spending two weeks to get their wiz some new clothes.

Wizards are perfectly fine as they are right now in terms of what they do. But I do think they are over priced and take too long to bake in the barracks. The current sale price and bake time is actually what I think they should be all the time.

Yeah, and say you use 10 lv 5 wizards instead of lv 4 wizards. That's +450 DPS, and +260 HP. It just doesn't make any sense in my mind why this would be more than x2 expensive in cost to upgrade.
