During the Austral Summer season the continents population can go up to a few thousand. Most of the research stations do have internet, as well as some of the deep field summer camps. At the main stations, wifi tends to be restricted to science only (not saying it's not used for other purposes too). Each country's communications are routed through the home country. For instance, at McMurdo Station (US base), all communications route from McMurdo to satellites to Denver. So phone calls come up as being from Denver on caller ID, so your region for CoC would just come up as US. I spent a year down there and played CoC and I know a few people still there that play.

I live in South Africa and it takes 2700 trophies to be top 200 and 3700 to be in top ten. Number 1 has 4100 trophies

Yes and no, haha. I am up here in this world though that's not why I was down there. I went down as a mountaineer/field safety expert/search and rescue team member.

I was told yesterday by somebody on global that the top 200 in their country (Bangladesh) that the 200 spot only has 2000 trophies
