After the drop in the leaderboards, theres not that many players above 4200 full stop, find it unlikely that bottom of any of the gulf states top 200 is 4200+. Global 200 is only 4300.

Well, in Australia the highest guy I last checked was 3600. So maybe 3200+ for AU.

Hardest: US or China I guess. Easiest: Antarctica if that even counts, if not maybe Nauru.

Antarctica has population of a few hundreds and I wouldn't be surprised even if one of them has Internet except the scientists of course
