I'd say Jamaica xD the easiest it has to be the USA for the hardest.

3650+ in UAE
and top player got 4462, hes #1 global too

USA requires around 3850. I'm not sure about the other country's but 3850 is VERY hard to achieve. You get stuck in the clouds around 3600.

Personally from what I've seen its the Irish one , Only top 3 people are actually in champs , top 50 goes all they way down to master 2 , Basically any decent player can get #1
