Create a new clan?

There are very few 24/7 war clans of a good standard where people can relax and war to break their non-stop farming. I myself am a farmer but love to war so that I improve my attack strategy.

I wish to make a relatively high level clan in the long run so we can all strive together and learn from each other.

I'm hoping there will be a couple of you who'd like to join in on this venture?

I'm a lv90 th10 and have 160 war stars.

I'm hoping to make a lv70+ clan but perhaps get a few lv60+ to help kick start.

Anyone interested?
