(911!!!urgent) lost village - please help!

Hi moderators. I'm frustrated right now.

I lost my clash of clans village because of a phone problem a few hours ago. After restoring previous applications (which included COC), I don't have my village anymore when I played it - shows that I need to start all over again as a level 1 player. I followed the steps in signing-in to Google+ first for troubleshooting, however still cannot access my old village. Information with account village are:

Name of village: the sweet sammy
Town Hall Level: Level 8
Clan Name: SanJose Knights
Last Playing Time: around 10:00am (Manila Time) 08/31/2014

I have already sent a pending report with reference number 5405577 to the in-game support. I will really appreciate if you can attend and check my case the soonest time possible.

Looking forward to have my village back again.

but did u already registered ur G-mail to this game ?
try to sign in the same Google account in ur mobile ?

U MUST BE SIGNED IN BEFORE ! (Check Google Connected)

You will have to wait a week or 2 before you will get an appropriate solution, the ticket system/support system of Clash of Clans is getting flooded by questions.

There is a huge row of ticket which will be handled before yours so... Wait and see!

my village and the one I am on is rodrigo town hall is level 3 no clan name and no castle and level 8 and the one
I am trying to get on is HdHdH and town hall level 5 and level 26 clan name is bad intentions dark blue and light blue flag 13-15 members and and clan castle is level 2

Hi,

Please follow these steps:

1. Open Clash
2. Go to in game settings
3. Make sure you are connected to a G+ account, your old village will get linked to it.
4. Press Help and Support which is found via the in game settings menu.
5. Press Report an Issue.
6. Press Lost Village.

If you can't access the in game report an issue feature please email support at clashofclans.android@supercell.net

The following information will be required:

Name of the old village:
Name of the clan your lost village is part of:
Town Hall level of the lost village:
Date and time of your last playing session on the lost village:

If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!

Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!

If you don't get a reply after a month or two please post back stating your ticket number.

Hi,

Sorry but to recover your village on android you need Google play services.
