It's not only about laziness. I'm sure that some members won't return when kicked for war, especially if it happens often and since it resets donations. I don't like how clan wars have divided clans into war-ers and farmers since it makes it hard for people to gather under different reason like to be with friends/family/co-workers/hobby sharers (I'm not sure what the right word is) who play the game differently
