Honestly you should max your wizard towers, and walls. You're going to be at TH9 for a while, and you're just making your stay there longer by not maxing out TH8. Besides you should max TH 8 and do some clan wars at max. Why rush?

What happened to your gems man, if you don't mind me asking. How come you only have 3 builders at level 88? If you want to progress faster, buy all builders...
