Barter or trade

Hi. I think there should be a barter/trade system within neighbourhoods, FB friends and followers. The current system is risky where you ask your neighborhoods for an item, the put it up for sale and you have to get there in time or wait till they post it before someone else swoops in and steals it. Thank-you.

What most of us do in our neighborhood is put up 1 wheat for 1 coin. Then our neighbor buys the wheat and we put up the item they need. That way we know the person is at our shop waiting for the item. I've never had a problem with someone else swooping in and buying the product.
